THE GODDESS MYSTERIES

The Return of the Goddess

The return of the Goddess means more than a myth reborn on the Earth — it means that we reclaim our bodies, our wildness, and our freedom. Feminine energy invites us back into the living life-force within: the felt truth of sensation, movement, tenderness, and fierce creativity. Our bodies are language — far more than words. Movement, gesture, and presence carry a great portion of our intention; when we recover that language, we remember how to be fully alive.

A central gift of the Goddess is compassion. To be compassionate with ourselves and with all beings. Compassion is not weakness; it is a scarce, powerful virtue that heals wounds, softens judgment, and restores community. Bringing compassion back into the world is one of the deepest aims of this awakening.

When I enter the Goddess Spiral Dance, the energy begins to move through me in living patterns. Sometimes I feel a great spiral encircling my body, flowing into the Earth counter clockwise to ground itself deep into the soil. At other times, it comes as countless small spirals passing through me like rivers of light, weaving downward into the ground. Over time I discovered that spiral consciousness is the essence of joy — and the more I dance, the more ecstasy fills my being.

Goddess Spiral Consciousness

Goddess energy moves as spiral consciousness. This is easiest to feel if you notice how our sense of time has shifted: prior to the end of one era, many lived linearly — anchored in past experience and future planning, often neglecting the present. As portals and energetic nodes activated on the planet, time felt to quicken. The past no longer reliably maps the future; instead we are invited into presence. That acceleration is a sign: spiral consciousness is arriving.

Since 2012, many have felt this spiral energy growing stronger. People report changes in sleep and rhythm — waking after short rests, feeling waves of fatigue or sudden uplift, heightened heart activity, or a sense of floating. Some change diet, instinctively avoiding foods that no longer resonate with them. These experiences are not illness but adaptation: the body and psyche adjusting to a higher frequency coming into Earth.

The spiral is the geometry of creation. It appears in embryos and galaxies alike; it is the pattern of emergence, integration, and rebirth. The spiral carries Cosmic, Galactic, and Goddess consciousness into human life. As these fields deepen, past, present, and future begin to weave together — a living unity that awakens new perception and reunion with wider family across the stars.

Embodiment and Practice

To welcome the Goddess is to practise embodiment: to let her descend into the bones, blood, and feet so her presence roots into the land. This does not happen all at once. The wise path is gradual — daily cultivation, steady surrender, and somatic devotion. Think of birth: surrender eases the process. So too with the Goddess — the less resistance, the more grace.

This return is not about elevating one polarity above another; it is about balance. Restoring the feminine heals and refines the masculine so both may meet and spiral together into wholeness. At the apex of that joining, duality dissolves and Oneness is revealed.

Goddess Spiral Dance

The Goddess Spiral Dance has become the portal. What was hidden, what was suppressed, reveals itself as something beautifully simple. Through the dance, I feel my presence magnified. With each step, I can even shape the pattern of my future, while at the same time sensing the threads of past and future merging here, in the present moment.

The dance creates vortices of energy — living Goddess vortices — which open pathways to transformation. These spirals enter deeply into the heart and soul, transmuting negative emotions and clearing stagnant patterns. The more we surrender to the spiral, the more fully we embody the present, the now.

The Goddess Spiral restores balance, heals polarity, and reawakens joy. The spiral harmonises the masculine and feminine currents within us, reminding us of the wholeness we carry and the happiness that is our natural state.

Spiral consciousness is inscribed in our very DNA. Like the double helix, it is a blueprint of life. When we dance in the spiral, crossing arms, turning, and allowing the body to move freely, we invite the Goddess to enter us more fully. With open hands, flowing movement, and surrender, we allow Her energy to shape us.

The Spiral Dance purifies. It radiates a frequency so strong that negative influences cannot withstand it. This is why, through history, Goddess energy has been persecuted — because it is profoundly liberating.

But now She returns!
